The JOB
We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, self-motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills! This individual will support the Live Nation Las Vegas residency team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Promoter Representative at all assigned residency shows
• Manage show settlements for high volume of shows (clubs, theaters, arenas)
• Communicate & Coordinate between artist, booker and accounting team on all financial related items as related to respective show settlements
• Oversee administration of artist contracts including payment schedules and deliverables
• Assist in handling financial arrangements (show deposits, settlements, tracking expenditures and budgets) for events
• Track all show expenses from production manager, vendors, building and promoters
• Manage accounts payable for respective show expenses
• Manage and maintain organization of all event show folders including offers, contracts, settlements (venue & artist) certificates of insurance, and pertinent correspondence.
• Make travel arrangements and handle expense report processing for senior executives
• Manage ticket counts and report on sale ticket counts
• Schedule/coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments
• Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• 1 – 2 years of previous administrative work
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• General music and industry knowledge
• Eagerness to support others (in venues and office)
• Fluent in Excel and database programs and ability to work with accounting and financial departments
• Strong Adobe Acrobat skills
• Familiar with ticketing programs and how to read ticket audits
• Experience with settlements or bookkeeping preferred
• Experience with contract administration
• Ability to multi-task in a fluid and busy environment
• Ability to work overtime covering events on nights and weekends
• Proficient in Spanish
