Overview:
The Mobile Operations team owns the end-to-end execution of all push and in-app notifications for mobile, web, and OTT devices for Paramount Domestic and CBS TVE. We collaborate with various cross-functional teams including Lifecycle, Product, Business Intelligence, and Data to develop robust marketing journeys for all campaigns that drive channel growth, while improving customer engagement and retention.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Paramount Domestic Marketing Operations team and lead all aspects of campaign execution for the Retention & Monetization/TVE vertical within Mobile Operations. This individual will be responsible for curating and programming marketing campaigns to improve subscriber monetization for the mobile channel, focusing on engaging subs during key lifecycle moments. The ideal candidate will bring an analytical approach and experience with data analysis to drive informed decision-making. This individual has a proven track record of growing programs in alignment with business priorities, including the identification and implementation of new platforms and technologies to support best-in-class mobile experiences. Responsibilities:
• Build, QA, and deploy push and in-app journeys using Braze for mobile apps, websites, and OTT devices that effectively reach and engage our target audience
• Assist with the creation of complex, personalized, and dynamic messages
• Identify areas of opportunity and mobile standard methodologies for key subscriber lifecycle initiatives - focusing on enhancing onboarding/early tenure retention and accelerating upgrades and winbacks
• Continually monitor and analyze KPIs; identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance by compiling weekly and monthly analysis reports
• Benchmark and provide recommendations for improving subscriber mobile communications and app experience
• Demonstrate curiosity to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience based on continuous learning
• Drive mobile app adoption by identifying and implementing marketing technologies that support personalization, channel growth, and optimization
• Support the mobile marketing operations department with all campaign preparation and execution as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 3 years of mobile marketing execution experience with a consistent record of driving channel growth and customer engagement (Braze experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency using Excel and/or other data manipulation tools to report on campaign results and user behavior to make data-driven recommendations and decisions
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience launching, scaling, and optimizing elaborate and innovative cross-channel mobile marketing journeys
• Working knowledge of data types and data systems
• Experience demonstrating APIs in strategy and operational workflows preferred
• Basic HTML and CSS experience (Liquid experience is a plus)
• Strong time management skills: diligent, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent organization, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and impactful environment
• A self-starter and teammate, while also being able to function independently

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $74,400.00 - 100,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
