Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship Start Date/Season: May 1-August 31 (flexible)
Internship Duration: 3-4 months
Time/Days Required: ~10-15 hours/week
Workplace Requirements: Hybrid (for discussion)
We are an emerging music label, community, and creative agency looking for creative and motivated interns to join our team and support LA-based artists in day-to-day operations and marketing. The role is part-time and hybrid.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Project management of the music release process, including updating systems, project managing the schedules and rollouts, etc.
• Providing input on creative strategy and direction
• Supporting social media and marketing efforts, including help with research and help with filming and executing on ideas
• Event planning support, including shows, release parties, showcases etc.
• Providing exceptional administrative and organizational support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with partners, organizing / on set help with music video and photo shoots, website updates

• Strong business development and marketing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

• Passion for music.
Additional Skills:
• Prior experience in artist management or artist marketing preferred
• Skills in creative direction, graphic design, and brand development a plus
• Social media management and experience with paid media a plus
