Job Description:
Seeks out new business opportunities existing clients and plays an instrumental and supportive role in their development and execution.
Visits existing clients a minimum of once per month and present case studies (white papers) that will increase awareness of agency capabilities and services.
Prepares and presents progress reports in advance for departmental meetings that include client and project names, project status, revenues, margins and completion dates.
Maintains and updates Pipeline Report on a weekly basis ensuring existing and new business opportunities are well documented including current activities and revenue forecasts.
In the absence of creative personnel, presents and effectively sells plans and concepts to clients; where creative is present, supports them in selling concepts and plans.
Coordinates quotations and authorization forms for client approval ensuring that goals are met.
Coordinates projects for smooth, efficient operation of new business effort.
Reviews campaign conceptual directions to ensure strategic marketing objectives remain in focus.
Tracks process and provides client with necessary updates, including, but not limited to, budgets.
Provides company personnel with well-documented input and support data as required; ensures that client strategies are clearly defined, approved by client, and understood by the client services, operations and creative teams.
Continuously works to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses and seminars keeping apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments.
