Job Description:

Create and maintain a "tracking report" which would identify the program, season, episode, documents delivered, date received from production, date documents were sent out to be scanned, date documents were returned, date moved into Legal-shared drive, date sent to which payroll service.
Follow-up with Production Management and/or third party production company for any missing materials/documentation and make sure all delivery requirements have been met from a contractual and guild perspective.
Manage files containing show information, both physical copies (file room/storage) and electronic copies (project alpha/DM5/servers)
Participate in managing electronic files pertaining to quarterly invoices received from our outside payroll services.
Ensure that the necessary guild agreements are executed, distributed and filed in a timely manner (DGA Guaranty Agreements/AFTRA Me-Too Letter Agreements).
Report and track all Arbitration claims and notices in order to minimize unnecessary fees.
