Job Description:
- Direct the development of the Where's My Water 1.0 live support.
- Manage a slate of projects based on:
1. Where's My Water.
2. LOB synergy opportunities in conjunction with Where's My Water.
- Manage the live operations and development franchise team - play a hands-on role in hiring and career development.
- Play strategic role in Franchise development and product planning.
- Participate in concept development with other stakeholders.
- Guide proposals through the greenlight process ensuring product and goals are supported and clear.
- Ensure that the updates and released are quality, innovative and fun.
- Provide milestones and updates to the executive staff for product review on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure transparent communication to provide alignment on Franchise and product goals.
- Oversee the project management from concept through to live launch collaborating with a core team consisting of art, creative and technology personnel throughout the production process.
- Coordinate/collaborate throughout the production process with Marketing, QA, Localization, Legal, Finance, and other business units.
