Job Description:

We are located in the heart of Culver City. We are a fast growing creative production studio looking to hire someone with an enthusiastic and energetic personality to grow with the company.

We are seeking a Production IT Coordinator to be a liaison between Producer and Technical Director to ensure production operates efficiently from beginning to wrap. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

- Helpdesk
- Coordinating all Equipment rentals and Purchases
- Making sure everyone (staff and freelancers) are able to make the best use of the computer resources
- Work with TD to ensure that all in-house IT needs are met
- Different IT projects with TD
- Inventory List
- Intranet maintenance
- Coordinate IT meetings
- Maintain Server room

Skills:

1) Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
2) Basic Familiarity with Maya
3) Basic Computer Skills: Knowledge of Macintosh computers and the MacOS. Navigation, network use and file transfer.
