Job Description:

  • Office administrative duties: answering phone, keeping company calendar, emails, managing office supplies, etc-
  • Keeping calendar for Artistic Director
  • Coordinating travel and housing for all projects
  • Coordinating all aspects of production: booking space, ordering food/drink for events, photo copies and other rehearsal needs, recruiting and managing interns, setting up and taking down spaces, etc-
  • Taking minutes at board meetings
  • Looking after budgets and managing all incoming bill data entry
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Assisting staff with grant applications
  • Maintaining storage space
  • Maintaining company website and contributing to Facebook and Twitter
