Office administrative duties: answering phone, keeping company calendar, emails, managing office supplies, etc- Keeping calendar for Artistic Director Coordinating travel and housing for all projects Coordinating all aspects of production: booking space, ordering food/drink for events, photo copies and other rehearsal needs, recruiting and managing interns, setting up and taking down spaces, etc- Taking minutes at board meetings Looking after budgets and managing all incoming bill data entry Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information Assisting staff with grant applications Maintaining storage space Maintaining company website and contributing to Facebook and Twitter
