Job Description:

Interact with talent agents for talent availability, rate negotiation for voice over/narration recording for all TV spot/trailer script recording sessions.

Prepare appropriate SAG/AFTRA contracts for submission to company-authorized talent payment services and union(s).

Acquire and distribute scripts to executives, creative agencies, finishing supervisors, re-recording audio engineers and trailer editors.

Ensure propriety of rates, guidelines and restrictions subject to the SAG/AFTRA contractual agreements.

Maintain current and future comprehension and interpretation of SAG/AFTRA contractual requirements and inclusive and non-inclusive restrictions, and advise all affected relative personnel or departments.

Correspond with Warner Bros. attorneys and/or legal departments regarding SAG/AFTRA contract variations and processes.

Book talent recording sessions for the Worldwide Theatrical Marketing division and its internal clients and creative vendors for all narration recording sessions recorded in-house or with external vendors and recording studios.

Set up/book recording studio facilities and ISDN phone patch sessions.

Interact with the in-house facility, external creative agencies and creative directors for campaign-related voice over recording sessions, special requests and advice relative to talent and union contracts.

Interact with the Warner Bros. Worldwide Theatrical Marketing Services with respect to TV spots finished for broadcast, including delivered product from all vendors for final campaign pay-outs.

Conduct and evaluate studies of end-of-campaign talent payment directives based on finished broadcast TV spots/trailers, compliant with union guidelines for on-air broadcast and/or theatrical release.

Prepare and distribute end-of-campaign SAG/AFTRA contracts. Direct finance/accounting on all talent contract submissions for talent and agent payment liabilities.

Ensure propriety of payment, contract generation, and processing time frames set by SAG/AFTRA to avoid penalties.

Work in tandem with in-house finishing supervisors on all production recording requirements for assignments and product billing data.

Collect day-to-day campaign project assignment status of production staff.

Produce weekly post production reports and updates for all projects produced in the in-house post production facility.

Supervise production delivery processes with department personnel.

Produce production reports for the VP, Production, directors of finishing production and the director of financial administration for crew productivity, talent, campaign or client updates and results.

Work with production crews and clients to monitor and ensure that all client amenities are performed and maintained.

Perform as needed studies on talent and/or production.
