Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager to provide excellent service to the sales team in a high-volume, entrepreneurial, globally-networked office.
The Manager will be expected to facilitate Agency operations and client service by providing contract management for the primary sales agents.
The Managers focus will be reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements.
In addition, the Manager will oversee the Agencys database, its business with outside service providers, and human resource services.
-Experience working with contracts dealing with a variety of literary rights, whether for an agency, law firm, media or publishing firm
-Ability to delegate, supervise and manage a support staff
-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and switch gears as needed
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Facility with BAITS or similar database programs
