Job Description:
Work collaboratively with Department Heads and Member Services to develop marketing plans that will meet or exceed targets sales and revenue goals.
Work closely with Member Services to achieve annual sales goals for membership and Associations online jobs site.
Strategize, develop and execute member engagement initiatives.
Create content and manage the execution of member and non-member e-newsletters.
Create marketing collateral for member and events outreach.
Identify appropriate liaisons within companies and cultivate relationships in order to expand partnership opportunities (global education, corporate administration) and work in tandem to develop programs which will grow and solidify memberships.
Develop annual social media marketing plan to include LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, along with corresponding metrics.
Utilize metrics to track effectiveness of all applicable projects including web traffic, membership campaigns, eblasts, advertising, etc. and adjust plans as appropriate.
Survey membership in order to continuously improve service.
Qualified applicants must have a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related area of study, possess 5-7 years of solid marketing management experience with strong knowledge of database management, social media, analytics and measurement.
Must be technically competent in Windows environment, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, senior influencers, current and prospective members, affiliates, volunteers and committees.
