Job Description:
-Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers to improve our ROI and profit-loss projections. -Consult and collaborate with the Business Development, Product Development and Information Technology departments on site/product specifications such as design and packaging, landing pages, etc. -Work on segmentation of our existing email and direct mail lists, while also being focused on new acquisitions so we can better target our audience(s). -Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. -Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. -Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. -Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. (Including/beyond: Google analytics, adwords, SEO tracking tools) -Conduct surveys/focus groups to identify potential markets for products and services. -As a key member of the Marketing & Communications Team, he/she has responsibility for co-developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy of the organization.
