Job Description:
Assist the KSL Broadcast Group promotion departments in all areas of operation dealing with station tours, promotional remotes and special projects/assignments.
Responsibilities: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Help with off-site remote projects such as company promotions, contests, sales proposals, public relations, etc. * Fills in as needed during the remote 2. Conduct station tours as needed. 3. Help with research and writing of promotional pieces as assigned. 4. Become familiar with KSL facilities, particularly with the on-air hosts, production, etc. 5. Help with answering telephones, updates, (promotional/sales materials), guests, schedules, copying, fax, etc. 6. Valid driver's license and proven ability to safely drive company vehicle (to include van and/or RV) or personal vehicle (as case may be) without exposing the company to serious liability risks. 7. Able to manage stress effectively. 7. Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures. 8. Work effectively in a team environment. 9. Maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, and clients. 10. Consistently works hours required. Works more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, holidays, and evenings. 11. Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor. 12. Personal growth and development. 13. Other duties as assigned.
