Job Description:
- Ensure that the merchant experience is a great one.
- Manage, train and mentor a team of 4-6 account managers, in their annual, quarterly planning, and daily execution of campaigns; manage their performance targets.
- Manage, train and mentor a team of production staff in their annual, quarterly planning, and daily execution of campaigns; manage their performance targets.
- Working with the merchandising, sales, and other internal and external teams, lead the creation and management of a differentiated merchant program to acquire, engage and retain merchants.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, manage and improve processes that ensure the accuracy of offerings, clear communication across teams and merchants, and the successful execution of campaigns.
- Understand, develop and analyze KPI's for the account management team and proactively work to meet, beat, and increase productivity, revenue and profit targets. Work with marketing, finance and business intelligence teams to track performance and better integrate data into the account management process.
- Audit and work to continually improve and streamline the production process.
- Oversee execution of national advertising campaigns on the Deals platform.
- Develop a process for aggregating and analyzing competitive marketplace and internal data to help drive program success.
- Work with internal teams to test and implement strategies that improve traffic monetization and provide a great, on-brand, consumer experience.
- Assist with the identification, evaluation, and management of potential vendors and partnerships for production, sales, and other strategic purposes.
- Attend industry trade shows and represent DailyCandy Deals, as appropriate.
- Work with the GM, DailyCandy Deals on special projects, including helping to identify and model out future, potential business lines.
