This is a high-profile position central to the smooth running of the department and as such, all duties and responsibilities are to be carried out with the utmost efficiency and discretion. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Works with and supports the Director, Associate Director for Collections and Administration, and other members of the Director's Office staff as a team Responsible for preparing correspondence, organizing incoming mail for review, and screening telephone calls for the Associate Director Assists with preparing and processing invoices; purchasing office supplies and reconciling purchase records Assists with the coordination of all international and domestic travel requests for the Director's Office Maintain office files both paper and electronic Assist with coordination of the distribution of any background materials for meetings Prepare and process Museum forms (Request for payment, petty cash, purchase requisitions etc.) Complete expense reports for Director's and Associate Director for Collections and Administration's travel Other related duties Apply For This Job |
