The Events and Experiential team at Amazon Music, curates bar raising inclusive, intentional, and authentic experiences for Artist and fans. The team supports all genres from Hip hop to gospel and beyond.
Key job responsibilities
This role oversees and manages the lifecycle of all events across the EEPM team. They will maintain a firm grasp over operational, creative, and financials aspects of each. They will work with a large group of diverse stakeholders, they will operate at a strategic level, while simultaneously being able to dive deep into the details of each initiative to drive results. They will be innovative, analytical, and drive standardization amongst stakeholders to scale globally. They will assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve escalations, anticipate and make trade-offs, while balancing the business needs with technical constraints.
A day in the life
The EE team develops and implement new processes, deliver measurable results, and create standardization while scaling our bar-raising activations. The team can support over 35 events a year that focus on tentpole campaigns including Hip Hop 50, We are Country, and Young Adult, as well as genre led events and Amazon Music Live. For these activations, the EE team owns the artist and fan experience, experiential builds, and content creation to ensure that the work is known globally and documented to scale.

Qualifications
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
