Busy literary management/production company seeks assistant to support the kids & family animation team and a manager of live action directors/writers.
Duties include (but are not limited to) heavy scheduling, rolling calls, phone sheet maintenance, tracking submissions, invoicing, reading and evaluating scripts, etc. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, comfortable interfacing with high-level clients, and passionate about various genres of TV. Previous agency or management desk experience preferred.
We are a small but busy office, with plenty of opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of management. We have clients working on network, cable, and streaming shows, and we produce dozens of films and TV shows every year. We like to promote from within, so candidates with a long-term interest in management are encouraged to apply.
Support staff are currently working hybrid schedules between home and our Hollywood office; applicants should be prepared to work in-office 3-4 days per week, and from home 1-2 days. Salary $35,000-$40,000 depending on experience.
