The Comcast NBCUniversal Symphony team is seeking a Manager to support the Portfolio Growth & Partnerships function. This opportunity will provide the candidate with a solid understanding of the organization's business priorities, portfolio of brands, and key executives. The role will focus on partnering with brands and functions across the portfolio to plan and implement the company's biggest marketing priorities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calendar and communications management, creative asset development and deployment, linear and digital trafficking and reporting, executive presentation development, and marketing collateral oversight.
Symphony leverages the collaborative culture and vast reach of Comcast NBCUniversal's portfolio of brands to amplify key business priorities â€'' from the premiere of a Universal Pictures film to the launch of a Peacock series to the opening of an attraction at Universal Destinations & Experiences (and much, much more). Symphony helps promote content, engage fans, find new customers, and drive new business opportunities for Comcast NBCUniversal & Sky.
This position is based in New York, NY and reports to the Director, Portfolio Growth & Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Symphony Marketing:
• Work across businesses, brands, and functions to drive the implementation of all priority cross-company marketing initiatives (i.e. “Symphony prioritiesâ€)
• Analyze cross-platform Symphony campaign performance and synthesize relevant insights to optimize campaigns in-flight as needed and inform future campaigns
• Support Symphony priority brands in the creation of presentations for C-suite executives that synthesize partner support into clear and cohesive narratives
• Meetings & Events:
• Program and produce hybrid bi-weekly cross-company Marketing Council meetings
• Act as Symphony representative to the NBCUniversal Social Squad and lead monthly priority updates and requests for support
• Spearhead planning, programming, and logistics for annual executive Marketing Council Retreat
• Serve as Symphony brand manager, overseeing health & positioning of brand including development of materials that support Symphony narrative â€'' presentations, communications, sizzles, and meeting materials
• Media Inventory & Processes:
• Lead linear and digital trafficking for all priorities; partner with cross-brand scheduling teams to ensure the timely delivery of instructions and assets across Maestro, CAD, POP, GAM, and Freewheel platforms
• Develop Symphony media plans, including communicating optimized placements and GRP targets to cross-network scheduling teams
• Evaluate internal platforms and processes to identify opportunity areas; project manage optimizations that drive increased efficacy and efficiency
Qualifications
• 4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications or adjacent function in the media or entertainment industry
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management of complex and multi-faceted product launches, promotional campaigns, or similar initiatives

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible)
